[SIC] Vol 38 Kikaider 01 & Double Machine

A very special and unexpected kits or figure that I ever will buy~ KI-KAI-DA~!!!!! For your information and from my knowledge, this guy is a early tokusatsu series where takes place before Kamen rider birth~! (Not the OOO's Birth, I'm talking about Ichigo~! ) This figure sells for 7500yen and I manage to get it at the price of RM250 from FAMITOY which is freaking worth it~!

Some small comparison why I bought this kit in the 1st place~!

SHF own figure cost around RM 100 each and The Motorcycle will cost around RM150.

This SIC particularly has a motorcycle, figure itself and a display statue~! SO~~ my Final decision I take this up. Despite I didn't buy SIC for such a long time, I really impress by the details~!

Figure:

First, take a look at the figure itself. The early toku series is mostly Android where you can see it from those Showa Rider. Thumbs up for the designer who modified this great piece~! As you can see form the Photo, every part of this figure is so epic. Details are made it with effort~! Thumbs up for BANDAI~! ^^ The metalic colours bring up all the whole figure to a life-ly figure.

The Motorcycle:

This motorcycle, to me~ it doesn't fit the figure because the motorcycle gives me more Final Fantasy 13 feeling. XD~!! Anyway, this is still a great piece~! ^^ The amount of detail of this motor really impress me~! The tyre is some sort of soft and rubbery material which fit the purpose of being a tyre. This thing will eat up lots of space so........I don't know where to put it since my shelf is already crowded. ><"

Statue Stand:

EPIC-ness~!!!!! What else?! Totally worth it~!! The photo speak for the quality~!!

Conclusion, DAMN~~~~ It's nice~! ^^

2010 Gunpla Summary

2010 review of my toy~! January I started my collection with NG1/100 Astraea. I eventually like gunpla because of the building process and the end results. Next, I got myself a MG ZZ and Shining gundam during Chinese New Year which I'm exposing myself to another level of gunpla. Initially I just want my collection to be all in 1/100 but this plan spoiled during April because my budget doesn't allow me to buy 1/100. So the first HG1/144 that I bought was Gundam Unicorn(Unicorn mode). I was really impressed by the detail and engineering technology that Bandai used on this kits which tells you how much they had improved throughout 30 years engineering mechanism.

Slowly I move into the HG 1/144 OO series and also the same thing happen where the design and articulation improve so much. I still remember where I first attempt to buy gundam when I was small. It was a FG(Furoku/First grade) hence it's really easy to build but the hand has no ankle joint same goes to the leg. Thus, you really can see how much they improve.

I also witness how the Japanese do their business through gunpla. They tend to change a little thing and sell it to others until the product is fully dead. Also~ selling those renewed old gundam is another approach for them. The best example of renewed old gundam is always~~ RX78-2~ THE GRAND DADDY~!

Last but not list, before this year end~ I got myself a Master Grade GUNDAM UNICORN~!! After all the impressive HG then back to MG, MG is much complex or in other words I called more fun to build this thing. Yeah, this year no PG and also following year. My budget won't allow me to buy that much. ><" Sadly, but definitely gonna get one. Tengok nasib lah~~

[HG]OO Qan{T} Part B

SASHI BULY~!!(Long time no see in japanese.) I'm back with my blog~! ^^ Speaking of what have I done......The RG RX78-2 is done BUT that guy definitely I'M NOT GONNA make a review. Simply because that kits really frustrating(THE PART BEING TOO SMALL so if you lost one SHXT then it's gone forever~~~ T-T ).

So for this review, I'm gonna talk about Double O Quanta. I could say this kits is one of the "pass" HG because of few points:

A)colour separation are good

B)Price are affordable (approximately RM57)

C)Shield are COOLu~!

D)it comes with a GN colour stand.

E)Weight issue surprisingly NO~

F)Articulation wise

BUT BUT BUT~ a few bad things to discuss about also:

A)You have to paint some parts(To be specific; the upper parts of the front and back camera, the clear parts and the feet.)

B)The Shield decrease the articulation of the head and hand.

Conclusion, honestly if only you like the OO QT then only you buy this.

[HG] Gundam Harute

SPEAKING of this Gundam HAROOT~ I like this the most among the 4 lead gundams in the OO movie. It has the most unique look. Despite the birdy look, IT LOOK REALLY COOL~

NOTE; For the joint is very weird. Instead of the hand is on the side now the hand it's actually facing upward but can be forgiven since it's a transformable Gundam.

What's this supposed to be? GN Cock-drive?? XD~!

Note; I painted it clear green. It was in Clear piece.

After you painting it, you will realize the cock drive is hide behind the skirt hence you can't really see it. I do like they do it this way instead of giving you 1 whole GREY pieces. BANDAI, love you for doing this. ^^

Harute: I do look cool ~!!!

Conclusion;

Advantage- i) Cool looking ii) It transform~! iii) Heavy backpack~! iv)articulation wise~ V) Colour separation vi) THE GN- COCK DRIVE~!!

Disaavantage-i) The skirt easy pop off ii)Side skirt easy pop off too~ iii)Hard to balance unless adjusting the backpack

[Kiwami] Kamen Rider Den-O ~SWORD FORM~

I bought this from Time Machine. Rm55(Pretty fair price.). Nice figure despite being too small. XD~!! Kiwami Tamashii is a smaller SIC(Super Imaginative Chogokin). The articulation is Far better than those OLD SIC ><" I have hard time posing those old SIC ><".

That's a 100% bearbricks(Left), DG gachapon FJ(middle), KT Den-o Sword form(Right). It definitely taller than the bearbricks and FJ.

I'm using my hand to show HOW SMALL the figure. 120mm or 12cm(A standard Kiwami height.)

Accersorries; 1 sword(ps: some part of the sword is not painted.), 4 changeable hand, and four den-gasher.

The hand can be raise this high

Conclusion, I'm don't really like the articulation ><" maybe it's because I played or built alot gundam. ><" The design is definitely the selling point of this kits hence if you like the look then just go ahead. Moreover, this is just cost you RM55 but it's small larh~ XD.
